Delivery Policy

At Randolph Goods, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless delivery experience for our clients. Please review the details of our domestic and international delivery policies, order processing time, and information regarding tracking and delivery issues.

All shipping times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, actual shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Domestic Delivery

  1. Shipping Fees: All domestic orders within the United States ship free of charge.
  2. Shipping Method: We use reliable carriers for fast and secure shipping. All shipments are fully insured for the value of the item, and a signature is required upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.

International Delivery

  1. Shipping Fees:

Orders under $2,000 will incur a $300 shipping fee.

Orders over $2,000 will incur a $500 shipping fee.

  1. Shipping Method: International orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. We use trusted global carriers to ensure the safety and timely arrival of your purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
  1. Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes required by their country. Randolph Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If an order is returned to us or if any additional fees are incurred due to refusal to pay these fees or failure to provide necessary customs information, the buyer will be responsible for these charges. Please note that these additional charges are separate from and do not include the 30% restocking fee that may apply to returned items. We encourage buyers to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs policies before making a purchase.

Order Processing Time

  1. Standard Processing: Most orders placed before 12 PM EST from Monday to Thursday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  2. Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Thursday will be processed the following Monday to avoid packages sitting on trucks or in warehouses.
  3. Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order to make arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping, please contact our team at hello@randolphgoods.com

Delivery Issues

  1. Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt to redeliver or will leave instructions for collection at a local facility.
  2. Lost or Damaged Packages: All packages are insured, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  3. Delayed Shipments: In the event of a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible with updates regarding the status of your delivery.
  4. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost by the carrier, Randolph Goods will work closely with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Please note that we reserve the right to wait until we receive reimbursement from the shipping company before issuing a refund for the lost order. We will keep you informed throughout the process and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the matter.

Delivery Address

  1. Accurate Address: It is essential that you provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order. Randolph Goods is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  2. Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
