Please note, for purchases exceeding $100,000, credit card payments require prior approval. Orders placed online over this amount without prior arrangements will be automatically canceled. For any order above $100,000, please contact us to arrange payment. We reserve the right to decline or hold any purchases until full payment is received.

Can I Be Sure My Item Is Authentic?

At Randolph Goods, we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. All products are sourced from trusted and vetted suppliers, and each Hermès item undergoes a rigorous multi-step process to ensure authentication. We are happy to work with any third party authenticator for your peace of mind. Randolph Goods only deals in 100% genuine luxury items.

Why Do You Have a Final Sale Policy on Most Items?

Many of the items we offer, including Hermès handbags, are in excellent condition and many come directly from the brands' boutiques. We maintain these items in a temperature controlled environment and handle them with the utmost care, using protective gloves during inspection, photography, and packing. Once an item is received by the buyer, we can no longer guarantee its condition. Even minor alterations, like a smudge or removal of protective plastic, can significantly reduce its value. To maintain the integrity of our offerings, most sales are final.

However, if there is a major discrepancy between the item you received and the description provided on our website, you may be eligible for a return. Please email hello@randolphgoods.com. within 48 hours of delivery to report the discrepancy, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Return shipping tracking must be provided, and we reserve the right to decline a return if we believe the original listing description was accurate.

When Will My Item Ship?

Randolph Goods processes and ships orders Monday through Thursday. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM EST on these days, it will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Thursday or over the weekend (Friday through Sunday) will be processed the following Monday

Please note that items will not ship until payment is made in full and has been cleared. This applies to all forms of payment, including checks and wire transfers.

All shipments are fully insured with a direct signature required upon delivery.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, Randolph Goods ships anywhere in the world. Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and any additional fees required by the destination country. We ensure all shipments are fully insured and require a direct signature upon delivery to guarantee your item arrives securely.

What Happens If I Refuse Delivery or the Item is Returned to Sender?

Should the buyer refuse delivery or if the item is returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from any refunds issued, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Please ensure that all import taxes, duties, and any other required fees are considered before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges or issues with delivery.

Will You Hand Carry Items?

Yes, we offer hand delivery services for an additional fee. If you would like to arrange hand delivery, please contact us at info@randolphgoods.com.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax or Custom Duties?

Sales tax is charged where applicable. For international orders, buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and any additional fees required by the destination country. If you have any questions regarding taxes or duties, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

Can My Purchase Be Financed or Placed on Layaway?

How Does Your Concierge Service Work?

Our luxury concierge service caters to sourcing rare and exclusive items for our clients. If we are able to secure your desired item, a deposit will be required upfront, with the balance due prior to shipping.
