If a significant difference is found, we will accept the item tentatively for a return. Upon receipt of the item, our team will inspect the item and thoroughly review all necessary information, and if your claim is approved, a refund will be processed. To initiate a claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, providing clear photographs and a detailed explanation of the discrepancy.

For all returns or canceled orders, refunds will be processed once the returned package is received and all applicable fees are confirmed. Please note that returns may involve additional time and costs, such as shipping fees, taxes, or other charges. The cost of the original shipment for the canceled order, as well as any expenses incurred during the return process, will be deducted from the refund amount.
