Free Domestic Fedex Express Shipping

Shipping is complimentary within the United States. All items are shipped via FedEx unless you request an alternative carrier. All shipments are fully insured with signature required for peace of mind. International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Signature Required

For your security, we require a signature upon delivery. Our carriers are instructed not to leave packages without obtaining your signature.

Shipping Schedule

We ship from Monday through Thursday to avoid packages being left in trucks or warehouses. If you need your package shipped on Friday for Saturday or Monday delivery, please contact us directly to make special arrangements. Most items ship within 48 hours, however, some items may require additional lead time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

At Randolph Goods, we take great care in ensuring your luxury items are securely packaged and fully insured during shipment. To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you double-check the shipping address provided at checkout, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct. Please note that any packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or canceled after shipment for any reason, will incur a 30% restocking fee to cover the costs associated with the packaging, insurance, and handling of your item. Please note that any order canceled after shipment will have the original shipping cost, as well as any additional fees incurred during the shipping or return process, deducted from the total refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver your items safely and efficiently.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If an order is returned to us or if any additional fees are incurred due to refusal to pay these fees or failure to provide necessary customs information, the buyer will be responsible for these charges. Please note that these additional charges are separate from and do not include the 30% restocking fee that may apply to returned items. We encourage buyers to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs policies before making a purchase.
