At Randolph Goods, we take great care in ensuring your luxury items are securely packaged and fully insured during shipment. To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you double-check the shipping address provided at checkout, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct. Please note that any packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or canceled after shipment for any reason, will incur a 30% restocking fee to cover the costs associated with the packaging, insurance, and handling of your item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver your items safely and efficiently.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Times: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, weather).
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and chosen delivery method.

If an item does not match its described authenticity or condition, it will be returned to the seller or consignor. Randolph Goods is not responsible for the cost of returning items that fail to meet the stated criteria. The responsibility for return shipping and any associated costs lies solely with the individual attempting to sell or consign the bag. Please ensure all descriptions and details provided are accurate to avoid any issues.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If an order is returned to us or if any additional fees are incurred due to refusal to pay these fees or failure to provide necessary customs information, the buyer will be responsible for these charges. Please note that these additional charges are separate from and do not include the 30% restocking fee that may apply to returned items. 5. Refunds

For all returns or canceled orders, refunds will be processed once the returned package is received and all applicable fees are confirmed. Please note that returns may involve additional time and costs, such as shipping fees, taxes, or other charges. The cost of the original shipment for the canceled order, as well as any expenses incurred during the return process, will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer will be informed of any relevant updates throughout the process.

All products sold by Randolph Goods are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, and we stand behind the authenticity of every item. However, any references to Hermès or its products are purely for the purpose of describing the items we sell and do not imply any endorsement or official connection.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Randolph Goods and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
